This has been a week of surprises. First I got unexpected flowers delivered to my work. The roses were from my husband for "no reason". He just wanted to tell me how much he appreciates me and to surprise me. He can be such a sweetie some times.
The second surprise was our first dusting of snow that arrived completely unexpectedly this morning. We awoke to about a half-inch covering the streets. It was pretty, but a bit dangerous. Thankfully today was a telework day for me, so I was able to admire it without worrying about my commute.
